Also notable during the years of evolution since inception in 1993 – Brian Palazzolo earned a Master of Service Certification, Instructed catering design classes at the Culinary Institute of America and was recognized by the Business Review as one of the most influential business leaders under 40 in the Capital Region in 2007.

Further, speaking at conferences, private consulting, and contributing to Catersource magazine was only the beginning – His incredible spirit to “give back” to the industry motivated Brian to develop a specialized training school, The Academy of Service Arts, which is focused on the development of Service Arts Professionals.  Brian is the Director of Service Training for Catersource (an internationally distributed magazine and the global authority for professional caterers) - in this role he has authored and produced Training and Development seminars on DVDs that are sold and distributed all over the world - including fortune 100 companies that have incorporated Brian's training.
